Service description
First registration of a vehicle in Dominica and issue of number plates, handled at the Inland Revenue Division.

Clear the vehicle through Customs first if it was imported.

Bring the customs documents, invoice and your ID to the IRD.

Pay the registration and licence fees; the vehicle gets its number.

Insure the vehicle — insurance is required to use the road.
