A first machine-readable passport for a citizen of Dominica, issued through the Immigration Department.

Get the passport application form from the Immigration Department or a Dominican mission abroad.

Prepare your birth certificate (or citizenship certificate), ID and passport photos.

Have the form signed by a qualifying recommender as instructed on it.

Submit with the fee and collect the passport when notified.
